PRP Funding & Eligibility

PRP Funding & Eligibility

Cleaning up a petroleum-contaminated site can be state-funded. As an Agency Term Contractor with the Florida DEP Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP), SPCI helps property owners determine eligibility and get their sites into the right funding program—so the cost of assessment and remediation is covered by the state rather than out of pocket. We review your site's discharge history, priority score, and ownership situation, prepare and file the applications, and manage the cleanup once funding is approved.
