Environmental Site Assessments

Environmental Site Assessments

SPCI performs comprehensive environmental site assessments across Florida under FDEP quality-assurance protocols. From initial Phase I records review through Phase II subsurface investigation, our licensed geologists characterize soil and groundwater contamination, delineate the extent of petroleum impact, and produce the technical reports that drive every remediation and closure decision. As an Agency Team Contractor under the Petroleum Restoration Program, we know exactly what the regulators need to see and how to get your site moving toward closure.
