Jeffrey S. Burke is a seasoned geologist and environmental manager with over 25 years of experience in underground storage tank closure, remedial action, and petroleum cleanup across Florida.

Since 2007, Jeffrey has led Southeastern Petroleum Contractors, Inc. as President and Senior Geologist, overseeing UST installations and closures under FDEP regulations (62-762, 62-771, 62-777, 62-780 FAC), QA protocols, and NPDES permitting. His hands-on expertise spans site assessments, free product recovery, remediation plans and operations, groundwater monitoring, and closure endpoints.
