SPCI is an Agency Team Contractor (ATC) working closely with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) under the State-funded Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP) to complete Environmental Site Assessments and remediate Petroleum Contamination Sites throughout Florida.
